Should Students be allowed to have cell phones in High school
These days a lot of parents and teachers think that the Students shouldn't be allowed to have cell phone in high school. Because they think that students get distracted and don't pay attention in class. However, students and also some other people support and say that students should be allowed to have cell phones in high school. This topic has become the most talked and argued topic in the whole world.
In my opinion students should be allowed to have cell phones in high school. Because these days smart phones are very useful for students. Smart phones have features like calculator,translator,dictionaries and books and etc... to help them understand subjects in class better.
Furthermore, I personally think that cell phones are very useful in a case of an emergency. Like if you forget a book at home you can call someone (from your parents) can bring it to you.Also if you get lost on your way home you can open maps in your cell phone and navigate your way home.
In conclusion, I believe that there are some problems like cheating by taking pictures of the answers. And the most about the constant messaging on Whats app. But we can control that if students cooperate. In the end after dealing with the problems it has more advantages. I strongly think that students should be allowed to have cell phones in high school.
