Should students be allowed to hace cell phone in high school?

It is well-known that the students bring their cell phone to high school. For all of this the question is should students be allowed to have cell phone in high school?
In my opinion the cell phone are prohibited in all schools because are a destination for the students. Furthermore, the teachers get angry because the students don't pay attention to the classes, on account of that everybody would be checking their messages or listening to music, also in many classes you can hear the cell phones ringing in middle of the class being a bit annoying to others.
However, the cell phone can be stolen in a careless.
In conclusion, I believe that the cell phone shouldn't be allowed to have in high school because are an entertaiment and sometimes wast of time be cause we become addicted to be with the cell phone all the time.
