This theme it's very commented inside of teachers, because they think that we're distracted and don't pay attention. However, the mobile phone help to you, it can be a tool for your studies.
In my opinion, students be allowed to the mobile phone, because actually the mobile phone have got a lot of app, the mobile phone use calculator, translator, dictionaries.... For example I'm in math class and for doing the equation I can use the calculator of my mobile phone.
Moreover I personally think that use mobile phone in class distract because it have a lot of games, a lot of app, for example whatsapp, facebook, twitter... When you use this app you don't pay attention in class.
In conclusion, I believe that should leave use the mobile phone in class, but if the students don't open the apps, I don't see any problem. I strongly agree that use the mobile phone in class.
