SHOULD STUDENTS BE ALLOWED TO HAVE CELL PHONES IN HIGH SCHOOL?

Most  the  students have a phones in high school, because is necessary for them.
the phones inside  in the school is necessary for any emergency, is very important.
but some students  use the phone for they to have fun, for taking photos or use the calculator in class.
In my opinion, they can have to the phone in school, but don't use to taking photos in the class, because the teachers we would take away phones. if they want take photos that are made out in school.

Furthermore, they can copy in exams with the phone  looking for in google o take photos.
the students use  the phones for listening to music or talking with other people with chat.
However , they have to turn off the phone in class, for that the teachers don't get angry.

In conclusion, the phones distract in class. So the phones are bad for students and they shouldn't be allowed to have cell phones in high school or should turn them off until the time of time to go
