We are writing to complain about the Durex condoms advertisement, which is very offensive. And a very bad influence for young
people.
It seems correct to us that you want to
sell your product, what is more, your product is very important. The condoms are being
the most certain and effective way to have sex and avoid sexual illnesses. Nevertheless,
with this advertisement you aren’t selling the product, you are just giving a
bad image of the women. On the other hand you give it for granted explicitly
that the women have to be abused.
Like a lot of persons,
we would like that your advertisement wouldn’t be so sexist with women and were
more sensual when you represent the intimate moments it that really you want to sell.
We hope that in the not-too-distant
future, you leave this type of offensive advertising.
